This License page explains the rights and permissions that apply to the work HelloBJ delivers to clients, as well as to the content, code, and assets published on the HelloBJ website.

HelloBJ is a service-based digital studio that designs and builds websites, apps, SaaS products, and AI-powered solutions. Licensing terms are confirmed in each individual project agreement, and this page provides the general framework.

Upon full and final payment for a project, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you is transferred to you, unless your agreement states otherwise.

Until full payment is received, all work, files, and source code remain the property of HelloBJ.

Projects may include third-party components such as fonts, plugins, libraries, frameworks, stock images, or APIs. These remain under their own licenses held by their respective owners.

You are responsible for maintaining any subscriptions or licenses required to keep those third-party components active after handover.

HelloBJ may use its own pre-existing tools, internal libraries, boilerplate, and reusable components to build your project. These underlying tools remain the property of HelloBJ.

You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them as an integrated part of your delivered project, but not to resell or redistribute them separately.

All content on the HelloBJ website, including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and code samples, is owned by HelloBJ or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute website content for commercial use without prior written permission from HelloBJ.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, HelloBJ reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

If a project is confidential, we are happy to arrange a non-disclosure understanding before work begins.
