Private & Protected Content
Password Protection
Some of our work is confidential and kept behind a password. This page explains what password-protected content is, why we use it, and how to request access.
1. What Is Password Protection?
Some pages and resources on the HelloBJ website are private and protected by a password. This includes confidential client work, in-progress previews, and internal resources.
Password protection lets us share sensitive material securely with the right people, while keeping it hidden from the public.
2. Why We Protect Certain Content
As a service-based studio, we often work on projects that are confidential before launch. Protecting these pages respects our clients' privacy and any non-disclosure agreements in place.
It also lets us share live previews with a client safely, without exposing unreleased work to search engines or the wider public.
3. How to Request Access
If you were directed to a protected page, you should have received a password from us directly. Enter it on the protected page to view the content.
If you need access and don't have a password, contact us and let us know which page or project you're trying to reach.
4. Keeping Access Secure
Please don't share passwords for protected pages with anyone outside your team without our agreement.
If you believe a password has been shared or compromised, tell us and we'll issue a new one.
5. Request a Password
To request access to protected content, contact HelloBJ at hellobj16@gmail.com or +91 9693401237 with your name and the project or page you need.
We'll verify your request and share access through a secure channel.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hellobj16@gmail.com.
You can also return to the contact page to discuss a project or privacy request.
